We recommend taking a few photos of the problem in advance. Up close, standing back, different angles – whatever you believe will help us best see and understand the issue you’re facing!

We work directly with your manufacturer within their product warranty as well to make sure we find the best solution for your home as quickly as possible!

*Please be aware that depending on the date of your initial installation, a service fee may apply for repairs.

  • If you don't know the exact date, your best guess is fine.
  • The more detail you can provide us with, the better! Whether it's the left side of one part, multiple pieces, etc. If you've tried any troubleshooting yourself, we'd be happy to hear what you've done too!
  • Take photos of different angles, up close, standing back, or whatever you feel would help us really see and understand the problem. Maximum of 8 photos. (Photos are not required to submit a request, but they will speed up the process since we will ask for photos once we contact you!)
