• Dedicated Assistant: Once you place your order with us, you’re assigned a dedicated Project Assistant who will give you regular updates on your custom awning’s manufacturing process, and let you know when it’s ready! You can always call, email, or text them at any time with questions.
• In-House Installation: Unlike other companies, we have our own team of in-house installers who know our products inside and out. We send them to regular conferences to make sure they’re on top of the latest in knowledge and skill to give the best experience possible.
• Support For Years to Come: Even once your new awning installed, we’re still going to be here for you if you need anything, with our one-year service guarantee covering our own workmanship for free. Our in-house Repairs team can help if anything goes wrong in the future, and will also work with the manufacturer within their warranty, so you know we’re here long after your window coverings are installed.
