When measuring your windows yourself, you want to make sure to take the measurements in three locations, both horizontally and vertically. Round your measurements up to the nearest 1/8″. For inside mounts, make sure to take the exact window measurements. For outside mounts, your measurements should be for the exact amount that you want to cover.
