Simply call us and make an appointment. We will send a professional window treatment decorator to your home to take measurements and answer any questions you may have. They will also help you choose from a variety of fabrics and styles. Our experienced seamstresses will sew your draperies to order and our expert installers will make sure your custom-made draperies are a perfect fit.
The time it takes to get your products can vary depending on the type of product that was ordered and the manufacturer it was ordered from. Typically is takes 4-8 weeks to complete an order. Yes, our designers do take evening and Saturday appointments. Our installers also take appointments on evening and weekends. Schedule appointment
We collect a 75% deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining balance is due the day of installation.
Each manufacturer provides a different warranty. Upon installation, the installer will present the warranty information to you and answer any questions that you may have.
We highly encourage professional installation of any window treatment due to the complexity of custom designs and customer safety.
There are a wide variety of products and options that make this difficult to answer. For a standard size with (roughly 3’ by 4’) a typical window covering ranges from $200-$600. That is why we offer free in home estimates where our designer will bring all the sample to you, measure your windows, and give you a quote on the spot. Schedule an appointment
One of our fantastic team members will contact you shortly after your purchase to schedule a remeasure (if required), upon the arrival of your custom order, and finally to schedule an installation appointment for your window treatments.
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact our office staff or your designer. We will do our very best to accommodate any changes you wish to make if your order has not been processed for production. After your order begins production with the manufacturer, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Because every order is custom manufactured, we are unable to accept returns and cannot issue refunds.
