If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact our office staff or your designer. Because every order is custom manufactured, we are unable to accept returns and cannot issue refunds.

Do you offer fire retardant fabrics and window treatments?

Yes. Many manufacturers offer fire retardant fabrics and materials. We can also treat some non-fire retardant fabrics to make them fire retardant for an additional fee. We will take a sample of the fabric that was selected and get it treated. The fabric will then be tested to see if it stands up to California Fire Retardant Laws and Standards.
